As Peter indicated, today was a rough one for Pattie due to extreme pain. She was a real trooper and made more than adequate progress. Tonight she is resting well and the pain is diminished to the point that she will be able to get enough sleep to face a day of even greater progress tomorrow.
Thank you for participating with us in this challenging time. We are encouraged and uplifted by your meaningful support.

Rest well, my friends.
ReplyDeleteI went outside in the full moonlight, listened to the coyotes sing across the valley and prayed for all of you, uplifting each one of you. It was so still, with the exception of coyotes singing - the elk herd (60 0f them) were bedded down nearby. It was as though they all joined me in the prayers..... so quiet............good night.
Thank you for the posts. I do hope that all of you can get some rest tonight and that Barb, Heather and the "grands" are doing well as they await word from Denver. I'm sure there are many challenges awaiting Pattie, and therefore all of you. Rest in God's peace to be prepared for all that lies ahead. I pray for healing, rest, and peace as you move into this night.

I too send my love and prayers to you Pattie, Willie and family. Each day is a step forward and today will be better and hopefully the pain will be less. Keep taking those pain meds Pattie as long as you need them, and that will help with the healing. Peter have a safe trip home and thank you for coming for your mom. love you all Karen
ReplyDeleteIt is time to hustle and get ready for Kathryn and Daniel arrival. We are heading to the Bible Study at church. As I stated on the other entry, my hope is that Pattie will have a better day and that Peter have a safe trip home. We continue to think of you and pray for all of you.

Brother and Sister and Family,
ReplyDeleteThere is no place you can go that isn't covered by the comfort of knowing you have a great number of friends who are praying. I was especially impressed that even the coyotes and elk are participating. Love from gene.
